Brisbane City FC is excited to welcome Seb Monteverde back to the club as coach of our NPL Women U23’s! Seb will be a familiar face to many, as someone who has been part of our City famiglia for over a decade as both a player and coach.

After gaining valuable experience and success elsewhere – including back-to-back U17 FQA1 Girls Premiership and Grand Final titles in 2023 and 2024 – Seb returns home with a wealth of knowledge and a continued passion for developing young footballers.

Holding a Football Australia AFC B Diploma, Seb is dedicated to creating an elite, inclusive environment where players feel supported to express themselves, work hard, and reach their full potential.

Seb is excited to be back at the club, and looks forward to working closely alongside NPLW staff Dante Stehn and Jimmy Hodson to nurture the next generation of first team footballers.

Female Technical Director Leo Sirianni echoed Seb’s excitement, telling the club “I’m excited Seb has come back to the club he first played at and coached at”, and noting his proven track record of developing young players.

We’re thrilled to have Seb back in the dugout, bringing leadership, enthusiasm, and a deep connection to our club community. Welcome home, Seb!
