Our facilities in Newmarket include a modern clubhouse, stadium, and training grounds that serve as a hub for members, supporters, and the wider community.

- Monitor KPIs related to football success, financial health, and community engagement.
3. Financial & Commercial Management
- Lead budgeting, financial planning, and revenue generation across memberships, sponsorships, and events.
- Drive commercial partnerships and sponsorship acquisition.
- Oversee membership programs and grow engagement across the club and local business network.
4. Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as primary liaison with the Board, reporting regularly on club performance and opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with players, staff, sponsors, community leaders, and governing bodies.
5. Marketing & Media
- Lead marketing and brand development strategies to promote BCFC locally and nationally.
- Manage public relations, social media, digital presence, and communications.
6. Facilities & Infrastructure
- Oversee the management and improvement of stadium and training facilities.
- Lead capital upgrades and ensure venues are maintained to professional standards.
7. Clubhouse & Event Management
- Manage hospitality and clubhouse operations, including bar, catering, and private functions.
- Develop event strategies to generate revenue and promote community connection.
- Ensure service excellence and compliance with licensing and safety standards.
8. Merchandise & Retail
- Oversee merchandise sales both online and in-person.
- Manage supplier relationships, inventory, and retail promotions.
